GRUESOME ADVENTURES IN LAS VEGAS 2022

Grue-Believers,

Join Doc Rotten in his travels to Las Vegas, Nevada this April. Look for daily live streams and updates, followed by video blogs on his travels to various Vegas haunts, of sorts. Not only can you enjoy highlights from a variety of fun and exciting LV destinations, you can help sponsor certain activities OR simply sponsor a drink dedicated to you. Doc will be in Vegas for a full week filming and streaming each day from Tuesday, April 26, 2022, to Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

Some of the top locations under consideration are:

The goal is to live stream twice daily: one stream will be Patreon Only, the other will be public through YouTube.

This visit also allows you, the HNR/Gruesome Magazine Fans, to “Sponsor” an activity or a drink during this trip which will be filmed and dedicated to you.

  • Sponsor a Drink – Doc is looking to experience some of the most creative concoctions the best mixologists of Las Vegas can offer. For a minimal amount $10-20, you can sponsor once of these cocktails. From the Chandelier Bar in the Cosmopolitan on the Strip to the Legacy Club in the Circa on Fremont, join the search for the strange, the unusual, and the delicious.
    • For example: the best known cocktail at The Chandelier (or “Chandelier Bar” as locals tend to call it) is actually the off-menu “secret” Verbena, similar to a ginger-infused margarita but with an edible flower that alters the taste.
    • For example: Skybar at Waldorf Astoria – The cocktail menu also pays homage to Las Vegas culture and history, ranging from Block 16 (a fruity mix of vodka and vanilla syrup named after our city’s old red-light district) to the Golden Knight (honoring our favorite hockey team with ginger liqueur, aperol, and Japanese whiskey–’cause why not?).
    • For example: Candy Cocktails at I LOVE SUGAR bar on the LINQ Promenade
  • Sponsor a Slot – Yessir, Vegas is known for its gambling and Doc will be livestreaming some of his slot machine exploits. In addition, you can sponsor a set of pulls in your name.

How to do so? It’s easy, we’re using PAYPAL to keep it simple. Follow the Paypal “Me” link below and share what you want to sponsor in the notes. We will reach out for details once received.

  • For the Sponsor a Drink option, you can suggest the place and the type of alcohol or drink OR simply leave it up to Doc. Keep in mind Doc does not drink bourbon or dark liquor, preferring tequila, gin, rum, and vodka.
  • For the Sponsor a Dare option, pick the choice; however, these are first come first serve.
  • For the Sponsor a Slot option, suggest a slot machine by name or by type.
