Lionsgate Sets A Date That You Can ‘Come To Daddy’

Been hearing lots about this one – all of it good – and I’m stoked to finally be able to have a date that I can look forward to actually seeing it. Lionsgate has confirmed a Blu-ray release date for Come To Daddy – and that is March 24th.

This one has been a festival favorite – it stars Elijah Wood and Stephen McHattie and is the debut feature for director Ant Timpson.

The film tells the story of:

“a man in his thirties who travels to a remote cabin to reconnect with his estranged father. He quickly discovers that not only is Dad a disapproving jerk, but he also has a shady past that is rushing to catch up with him. Now, hundreds of miles from his cushy comfort zone, Norval must battle with demons both real and perceived in order to reconnect with a father he barely knows.”

Wood plays Noval – MchHattie plays Dad – and from all accounts, this self-declared “horror-comedy” is some must-see stuff.

The flick hits Blu-ray – Digital and DVD on the same day – again, that day is March 24th.
