Grue-Believers may recall that HNR co-host, and ‘award-winning filmmaker’ Christopher G. Moore declared NIGHTMARE CINEMA one of his top 10 horror films of 2018, having seen it at the 2018 New York City Horror Film Festival. This, of course, caught the attention of the Grue-Crew along with listeners and fans of the show. But, when would we too be able to see this new anthology film featuring five incredible directors: Alejandro Brugues, Joe Dante, Ryuhei Kitamura, David Slade, and Mick Garris.
Our patience is being rewarded as the film is being released this Friday, June 21, 2019.
This week, June 17-21, 2019 is now NIGHTMARE CINEMA WEEK at Gruesome Magazine. In the coming week, we will have a number of interviews with the directors and cast of the film along with a review of the film from Joseph Perry and a special episode of Horror News Radio.
Today, we present the trailer, a clip, and a gallery to give you a taste of what the film has to offer.
