No one was more surprised than me when Happy Death Day turned out to actually be a damn fun romp. Just goes to show you that you never can tell so, with that in mind – today I bring you the trailer for the ineveitable sequel aptly titled Happy Death Day 2U. Let’s have a look, shall we?
Yep, looks like more of the same – and you know what? I’m OK with that. Here’s the official – one line – synopsis: “This time, our hero Tree Gelbman (Rothe) discovers that dying over and over was surprisingly easier than the dangers that lie ahead.”Christopher Landon returns to write and direct. Obviously, all the cast returns so – what’s there not to like, right? We’ll find out soon enough – Happy Death Day 2U hits theaters on Feb. 14th.
