PARAMOUNT SCARES Announces Their First Release – And It’s An Interesting Mix

PARAMOUNT SCARES is a new banner launched by Paramount Pictures that will obviously feature some of the great horror films that the studio has unleashed over the years. The first release under the label has just been announced, and it’s a box set.

Five films will have the honor of being in the first box set – all in 4K UHD. We know four of those films – and the fifth one will be a surprise. Here’s the four we know.

  • Rosemary’s Baby (1968)
  • Pet Sematary (1989)
  • Crawl (2019)
  • Smile (2022)

Justin Beahm tweeted the following information: “I am thrilled to announce Paramount’s first release under the Paramount Scares banner- a 4k box of films classic + new. Included is a special edition of Fangoria that I am honored to have served as guest editor on. Also exclusive slip covers, stickers + enamel pin. Details soon!”

What will the fifth film be? Hard to tell – the only way to know is to make sure to add this kick-ass box set to your collection.
