New Fango Cover Gives Us A Great Look At Dracula From THE LAST VOYAGE OF THE DEMETER

Every time we talk about this film – I always feel like I have to point out that we have literally been talking about it for decades – decades!!! It’s finally going to see the light of day on August 11th – and it’s very high on all genre fans’ must-see list, that is for sure.

Directed by André Øvredal – THE LAST VOYAGE OF THE DEMETER tells the tale of “the merchant ship Demeter, which was chartered to carry private cargo – fifty unmarked wooden crates – from Carpathia to London. Strange events befall the doomed crew as they attempt to survive the ocean voyage, stalked each night by a merciless presence onboard the ship. When the Demeter finally arrives off the shores of England, it is a charred, derelict wreck. There is no trace of the crew.”

Of course that mysterious cargo it none other than Dracula – and thanks to the latest print edition of FANGORIA, we finally get a good look at what this interpretation of the blood-sucking baddie is going to look like, and it’s pretty damn epic.

Very Mr. Barlow – and I’m loving it!

The cast is Corey Hawkins, Aisling Franciosi, Liam Cunningham, David Dastmalchian, Jon Jon Briones, Stefan Kapicic, Nikolai Nikolaeff, and underneath all that Dracula makeup, Javier Botet.
