Back in the 80s, we were treated to straight-to-home video classics from Charles Band and his stable of directors on an almost weekly basis – but few were as memorable as the David DeCoteau directed SORORITY BABES IN THE SLIMEBALL BOWL-A-RAMA, pitting scantily clad college gals against an evil Imp – and it is a thing of beauty – in A Full Moon Features sort of way.
So now, 30 years after the original, a sequel is finally heading our way – it’s directed by horror icon, and scream queen legend Brinke Stevens and today Full Moon sent out a trailer – let’s check it out!
The synopsis is:
“The babes are back! And so is everyone’s favourite wish-grantin’, murder-lovin’ mischievous gremlin, the Imp! The Tri-Delta sorority house has seen better days, but the girls are intent on gaining some new recruits! With housemother Mama Spider as their guide, the naughty hi-jinks and hilarity begin. Meanwhile, though, the Bowl-O-Rama bowling alley has had a break-in, and a breakout! With the escape of the magical and murderous Imp, it’s a fight for survival, with only one mysterious girl holding the answers to the riddle of the Imp’s wish!”
If you want to see this one, you’ll have to subscribe to the FULL MOON STREAMING SERVICE as this one premieres only there on Dec. 2nd.
