Heavy metal and horror – they go together like – well – heavy metal and horror. We’ve been talking about this project for Dave Grohl and his Fighters of Foo for a while now – and as of this writing, we are only three short days away from this little gem dancing on our eyeballs.
A new red-band trailer oozed its way online and damn it looks like one blood-soaked good time.
As you see – there is no skimping on the gore!
“In Studio 666, the legendary rock band Foo Fighters move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock and roll history to record their much anticipated 10th album. Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band.”
This one comes to us from director BJ McDonnell – you should recognize that name from Hatchett III so, no stranger to working with the high gore factor there.
The film stars Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee, Whitney Cummings, Will Forte, Jenna Ortega, Leslie Grossman, and Jeff Garlin.
Only going to be able to see this one in theaters and you can do that starting Feb. 25th.
