Happy New Year 2020! Let’s start the year off with the incredible new trailer from Paramount Picture’s A QUIET PLACE PART II. Starting off with a thrilling extended opening sequence, carded “Day 1,” the trailer gives us plenty of the aliens viciously attacking and creating chaos. John Krasinski returns to direct the Abbott family as they continue to fight to survive: Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe.
The cast grows this time around with the additions of Cillian Murphy, Djimon Hounsou, and Lauren-Ashley Cristiano. The stakes look much higher as the family is now on the run with a newborn to protect from aliens and humans alike. The film is set to arrive on March 20, 2020, and be certain we will cover it here on Gruesome Magazine and HNR. Let’s take a look at the trailer!
Synopsis:
Following the events at home, the Abbott family now face the terrors of the outside world. Forced to venture into the unknown, they realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.
Doc a lifelong fan of horror films, sci-fi flicks and monster movies first discovering Universal Monsters and Planet of the Apes as a young child in the 1970's searching out every issue of Famous Monster of Filmland (and, later, Fangoria). Favorite films include Jaws, The Car, The Birds, The Tingler, Vampire Circus and The Exorcist. Still a huge fan of horror films from the 70s, Doc continues consuming horror films to this day for the site, for the podcasts and for the fun of it all.
