IRON SKY: THE COMING RACE tops the genre films coming out this week in theaters, DVD/Blu-ray, and VOD. A sequel to the surprise cult hit from 2012, Iron Sky, the 2019 film follows our heroes decades later as Earth is in ruins and humanity lives on the dark side of the moon. Oh, and, yeah, Hitler rides a T-Rex! Also arriving this week is the theatrical/VOD return to the Critters franchise with CRITTERS ATTACK!, which just debuted at Fantasia. Fan favorite director Tom (Fright Night, Child’s Play) Holland returns with ROCK PAPER SCISSORS. Also arriving this week is LUZ, an entirely different and unique look at the possession subgenre. Doc a lifelong fan of horror films, sci-fi flicks and monster movies first discovering Universal Monsters and Planet of the Apes as a young child in the 1970's searching out every issue of Famous Monster of Filmland (and, later, Fangoria). Favorite films include Jaws, The Car, The Birds, The Tingler, Vampire Circus and The Exorcist.
