Each week, Grue-Crew member – and award-winning filmmaker – Christopher G. Moore (Knob Goblins, Gut Punched) has been updating listeners on the progress of his next horror short, BACKWARD CREEP. Each step of the way, he is sharing what it takes to get his film “in the can” from casting to scripting to preparing effects and locations. It’s an amazing behind-the-scenes look at the process.

JOSEY – Dany Lofgren

A storyteller since youth honed by a degree in literature from Brandeis University, Dany was enthralled by the performance art scene of New York City and transformed her love of the written word into a passion for visual narrative of all kinds. Now an award-winning burlesque performer, costumer, and photographer, Dany has been sharing her love of dance, beauty, and art since 2009.
DIO – Brian Lee

Brian has been doing stunt and fight choreography in the NC independent film scene since 2004 when he appeared in Micah Moore’s short film The Key. He is currently working as the stunt coordinator and fight choreographer with the YouTube group, Beat Down Boogie, and he is best known for his role as Toad in the hit web series “Mario Warfare” and Ghost in “Modern War Gear Solid”.
LISA – Vanessa Gisselle Thompson

Vanessa is thrilled to be joining director Christopher G Moore for a second time in his newest production, Backward Creep. A native Texan, Vanessa began her acting career at the Seidule Theatre where she studied theatre acting, storytelling, and production work. Since then she has cultivated a diverse modeling portfolio along with continuing her passion for acting both on stage and in front of the camera making her return to the big screen in Moore’s 2017 film Gut Punched. In addition to acting, Vanessa has been co-hosting the famed horror genre podcast Horror News Radio for the past several years allowing her to share her love for all things spooky and vile with the listening masses.
USHIRO GIRL – Crystal Cleveland

Currently working on the web-series Dusk and regular co-host on Gruesome Magazine’s horror movie review podcast series, Crystal has also appeared in several theatre background productions of Les Miserables, Into the Woods, and The Bad Seed. Since moving to Charlotte, NC, she has become more active in TV and film. Crystal has also anchored a local news-based program and worked on several commercials. She began modeling at the age of four, was published in multiple magazines, and served as inspiration for two comic-based publications.

Matt is a lab manager at Kersey Valley Spooky Woods In Archdale, North Carolina. He was a part of the award-winning short films Whacked and Skip and has worked on over 40 music videos for bands such as Between the Buried and Me and Black Label Society. His latest short film projects include Uncle Otto’s Truck and Bella and the Slasher.

Elizabeth is a seamstress and costumer with almost 10 years of professional experience running her business, Caddy’s Custom Goods, in the Triad. Her award-winning work has walked the red carpet at movie premieres and appeared in national and international magazines. She has dressed entire worlds for stage productions of Robin Hood, The Nutcracker, and The Wizard of Oz. She also created and runs the Cosplay Hospital at all of the NC Comicon events as well as Raleigh Supercon.
Elizabeth is a long time horror fan, with specific loves in the post-apocalyptic, zombie, medical genre and a passion for all things odd and unusual.

Amanda Stone is from Greensboro, North Carolina. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina and is a science fiction novelist. She is a creator and cosplayer attending Dragon Con for over two decades.
From 1999 to 2001, she was a co-creator and performer in The Center for Transgressive Behavior. From 2015 to 2016, she was the lead singer for Robert Graves and The Grave Robbers.
In addition, Christopher is supported by Ismail Abdelkhalek as his DP
and Blake Faucette as Additional Camera Operator.
