[Podcast] Peanut Butter, Maple, and Cindy

This week on Indie Infestation Joe and Zane welcomed back Justin live from the MRI machine (you’ll hear why) to chat it up with the critically acclaimed Writer/Director/Producer/Actress Cindy Maples. Cindy is currently making the festival circuit in support of her short film “Ebowla”.   This short film is a must see and soon you will see the awards rolling in.

Cindy is co-owner of Carriage House Productions and she currently has over 40 acting credits to date.   Cindy has won many awards including Stormy Weather Horror Fest Outstanding Female Director, The Alhambra Theater Film Festival Spirit Award, The Blaquefyre Independent Film Festival Spirit Award along with an actress and best short award for her first short film “Random”.

This was by far the most fun episode.   Indie Infestation was created to put the spotlight on Independent Filmmakers and to have a relaxed fun conversation without boundaries.   This is evidenced in this week’s podcast as topics range from Zane’s love of peanut butter to Justin’s little-known talents and future film aspirations to Joe’s fear of dolls; this episode will keep you laughing.

We also find out that Cindy is currently in a stage production of Calendar Girls which made her overcome a fear.   Cindy also gives advice to females in film and female filmmakers.   By all means, check out this podcast and check out Cindy’s films; not only will you enjoy them, you will become INFESTED!
