Stump The Saint — Horror News Radio’s weekly game show in which the listeners guide Thomas Mariani to the trivia questions poised to stump Santos “The Black Saint” Ellin Jr. Despite his love of trivia, Santos is capable of being stumped on a weekly basis! As to where the audience comes in to Stump The Saint it’s quite simple:
- Look at the individual topic for that week
- Comment — either in this post or in the comments of the posting on Facebook or Twitter — with a film title that relates to the topic for that individual week by the specified date
- Thomas will take your suggested titles and find three of them that can be spun into trivia questions
- Thomas will read three of your names on the air as he attempts to stump Santos
- Those who enter a title with US addresses will be entered into a random drawing to win a special prize!

Our subject for Horror News Radio Episode 213 is a unique beast altogether. After months of languishing in limited release, Nacho Vigalando’s Colossal has finally hit enough theaters for The Grue Crew to view it. In Colossal, Anne Hathaway plays a woman with severe personal problems that finds the actions she does are later copied by a kaiju in South Korea. Naturally, Stump The Saint has to take advantage of such a unique opportunity to ponder the big questions on any genre fan’s minds.
So, Stump The Saint wants to know What Cinematic Creature Do You Wish Could Copy Your Movements? It could be a kaiju as tall as Godzilla or a creepy crawler as small as a Gremlin. Whatever size or make of the monster, which one would you want to see copy your movements? Think of yourself as the Andy Serkis in a motion capture suit to this movie creature’s Caesar the Ape. You have the control, but what monster would you manipulate?
