Season 6 Episode 2—  “Chapter Two”

This week American Horror Story gives its feverish fans glimpses of the roles fan-favorites are going to play this season with Kathy Bates, Wes Bentley and Lady Gaga appearing as a group of pagans firing up their pit of horror in the woods. But before we can ask “Is that Lady Gaga?” their gone and we’re back at the mansion. We do get introduced to a lovely pair of murderous maidens in the form of sister nurses Miranda (Maya Rose Berkos) and Bridget (Kristen Rakes). Lee’s daughter Flora (Saniyya Sidney) also stops by for a visit and discovers a lonely ghost named Priscilla hiding in the closet. But its the introduction of Dr. Elias Cunningham (Denis O’Hare) that has Shelby and Matt worried the most as his found footage tape reveal some of the house’s most violent secrets.

The Grue-crew give their thoughts on all the major plot points, scares and surprises. They dive into some interesting news from the past week, including Ryan Murphy revealing something interesting about episode 6. And, it’s time for some listener feedback, featuring a special message from past co-host Thomas Mariani.
